WiPath had very specific requirements for their PDT3000 electronic enclosure project. The PDT3000, a paging data terminal (product pictured # 2 to 5) had to be designed to cope with multiple I/O product configurations. This was achieved with the use of inserts in the plastic injection mould tool. One of the products configurations required an IP65 rating. This was achieved even with the significant number of apertures the specific product enclosure / configuration required.
